Terms of Service
Terms for using Skillry, purchasing digital Skills, and accessing Premium plans
2026/08/12
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your access to Skillry, including our website, Skill catalog, downloadable Skill packages, AI installation prompts, browser-authorized CLI, accounts, and paid access (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.
2. What Skillry provides
Skillry curates and distributes workflows for compatible AI agents. A Skill may include a SKILL.md file, scripts, references, installation instructions, previews, or other supporting files. Previews and descriptions help you evaluate a Skill, but the downloaded package is the product you receive.
AI agents, models, and third-party tools can change independently of us. We do not guarantee that every Skill will remain compatible with every agent, model, operating system, or third-party service.
3. Accounts and CLI authorization
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Our CLI uses browser authorization and scoped access tokens. Do not share those tokens or attempt to use another person's account or entitlement.
We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is compromised, used fraudulently, or violates these Terms.
4. Free Skills, individual purchases, and Premium access
- Free Skills may be downloaded after any required sign-in or authorization.
- Individual Skill purchases unlock the identified Skill for the purchasing account.
- Monthly Premium and Yearly Premium unlock Premium Skills while the subscription remains active. They renew at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period until canceled.
- Founding Lifetime unlocks ongoing Premium access for one payment. The founding price may increase as the Skill library grows.
- Lifetime Premium is a one-time payment for ongoing Premium access, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the Services. It is not a promise that the Services will operate forever.
Prices, taxes, included features, and billing intervals are shown before checkout. We may change future prices or plan features, but changes do not retroactively alter a completed individual purchase.
5. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are processed by our configured payment provider, currently Stripe. You authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout.
You may cancel a Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access until then unless access is suspended under these Terms. Individual Skill purchases and Lifetime Premium do not have recurring renewal charges.
Digital products are non-refundable
Skill packages and Premium access are digital products made available immediately after payment. Payments are non-refundable once access is granted or a Skill can be downloaded, including for non-use, accidental purchase, incompatibility with a preferred agent or model, cancellation, unused subscription time, or a later change in catalog availability. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction. We may also correct duplicate or demonstrably unauthorized charges.
6. License and permitted use
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use acquired Skills for your own personal or internal business work. You may use a Skill to create commercial work, but your use of third-party models, assets, software, and outputs remains subject to their separate terms and applicable law.
Unless a Skill package expressly provides different license terms, you may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, or redistribute the Skill package itself, its paid installation URL, or access credentials. You may not represent our previews, descriptions, curation, or branding as your own.
7. Skill submissions and user materials
If you submit a Skill, package, prompt, preview, or other material, you retain any rights you already hold. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, validate, process, reproduce, adapt for technical or storefront presentation, and display that material as needed to review, operate, secure, and promote the Services. You confirm that you have the rights required to make the submission.
8. Prohibited activity
You may not:
- bypass authentication, purchase, download, rate-limit, or publication controls;
- scrape or bulk-copy paid catalog content without written permission;
- share paid accounts, tokens, packages, or download links outside the licensed account;
- upload malware, secrets, infringing content, or packages you do not have permission to distribute;
- interfere with the Services or probe their security without authorization; or
- use the Services in violation of law or third-party rights.
9. Availability, updates, and removal
We may update, correct, replace, unpublish, or remove Skills for security, quality, legal, or operational reasons. We may also change or discontinue parts of the Services. Where practical, we will avoid disrupting legitimate access to previously acquired content, but we cannot guarantee permanent hosting or availability of any particular Skill.
10. Disclaimers
The Services and Skills are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing a Skill and its scripts before running it, protecting credentials, maintaining backups, and verifying AI-generated results before relying on them.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific results, compatibility, accuracy, or that a Skill will be free from errors or third-party changes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillry and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or use arising from the Services or a Skill. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Skillry for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account through available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, fraud, security risk, unpaid charge, or legal requirement. Sections concerning payment obligations, licenses, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and enforcement survive termination where their nature requires it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
